Please note that the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 100 so please don't delay in making your registration!

Registration is open until 14 February 2018.

The registration fee for the conference are 210 € (~USD $ 250*) for professionals and 160 € (~USD $ 190*) for students (Master and PhD students, not post-docs).

Registration remains possible from 15 February to 31 May 2018 but at a premium rate (see below).

The registration fee includes: an abstract book, a bag and a notebook, 6 coffee breaks (mid-morning and mid-afternoon during 3 days), 3 lunches (3 days), an Icebreaker on the first night, and the Gala Dinner.

The registration fee does not include the optional field trip.
